I have difficulty taking you seriously in your lauding Biden. His “DARPA for Health” will be merely the repackaging of existing NIH programs under a fancy new name. We will see what happens to his grandiose proposals in the legislature, with such voting narrow margins.
For any of Biden’s proposed big budget legislation to pass, it will need to be packed with plenty of pork, not only for his own party, but for the Republicans as well.
