Why Nick Fuentes (and Candace Owens) Should Sue Elon Musk, Ben Shapiro, and the ADL For Antitrust and FARA Violations

The future of conservative thought requires new thinking not monopolistic mob behavior.

Let’s be honest about how things really work into the Conservative Inc media ecosystem.

Ben Shapiro uses his relationship with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — a foreign government — to censor Americans and keep his monopoly on conservative content. How large a monopoly is that? Well, based upon the calculations I did after Shapiro’s business Jeremy Boreing claimed the Daily Wire made $220m last year, it’s pretty staggering.

Shapiro is clearly threatened by Nick Fuentes whose youth threatens the young kid shtick that Shapiro — well over 40 — can no longer claim. As Shapiro beats up on the younger generations it’s not a good look.

We saw Shapiro do this before when he had an unholy alliance with Mark Zuckerberg where he essentially rigged Facebook to recommend the Daily Wire over other content.

Our friends at Sinews of War did a rather revelatory video detailing Shapiro’s closeness with both Netanyahu and the Chinese government.

Facebook now Meta is rightly derided as a monopoly and credibly accused with helping to traffic drugs and maltreat young girls. Shapiro defended Facebook from conservatives who claimed the monopoly was censoring them.

Is Shapiro, using his closeness with foreign governments and social media monopolies, also manipulating our public discourse by defaming rising talent as he tries to build a propagandistic monopoly?

He certainly seems to be doing just that with Candace Owens, his erstwhile colleague who lost her job after she criticized Israel’s killing of innocent Palestinians. Jeremy Boreing left no doubt and said Candace had been “fired” from the Daily Wire.

We see a similar pattern emerging at X, formerly Twitter, where Shapiro is using his relationship with both the ADL and Musk to censor. Shapiro tries to play a game where he says that because he’s criticized the ADL in the past he’s not pro-ADL but the ADL has changed its tune markedly under its new leadership.

Moreover you can understand the shakedown of Musk — denying him ad revenue lest he accept the ADL’s censorship regime — as a kind one step two step that drew Musk closer into the arms of Benjamin Netanyahu.

Sure enough, X has hired lots of Israeli intelligence veterans to censor ahead of a presidential election.

Shapiro routinely coordinates his messaging with a foreign government, a foreign government whose prime minister has explicitly called out Nick Fuentes by name on several occasions.

Musk has repeatedly promised free speech on his platform, even going so far as to initiate lawsuits on behalf of those X users who claim to have lost their jobs for exercising their free speech rights on his platform.

And yet, only Nick Fuentes is seemingly barred from having a Twitter account.

Is this the vaunted “transnational repression” that the Department of Justice has talked about?

If you look at other operations which have been run — against yours truly, against Sarah Unsicker, etc. — you see a pattern of the ADL, which is a front for IDF, targeting people Netanyahu deems a personal threat to his operations.

In my assessment, Fuentes and Candance Owens should sue Musk, Shapiro, and Netanyahu for operating a cartel of content on their platform. Discovery alone would very readily reveal the extent to which Shapiro and Boreing communicate with fronts for foreign intelligence or foreign leaders like Benjamin Netanyahu. Such discovery would undoubtedly force the Daily Wire to register under FARA in much the same that the Russia Today was forced to register as a mouth piece of the Russian government.

One final note: Candace Owens is making a grave error producing content on Locals.com, which was also created by the IDF.
