I came across it while gathering information on the latest Executive Order about restoring order on the streets that is supposedly caused by homeless people with mental illness. The "solution" is to defund voluntary mental health services that people, including homeless people, actually want to use, to defund housing programs and to build "long-term institutions" where to keep all these homeless and/or mentally ill people forever. I am a mental health advocate, and there is a lot of concern about this EO in our community.
