I have to confess that I don’t really believe much will come from whatever peace deal is on offer. I suspect Trump will fail for the same reason that Biden did — an unwillingness to understand that Zionism is fundamentally incompatible with Americanism.
Trump, I think, believes that Steve Miller, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are his advisors rather than Bibi’s spies — and that’s the rub, isn’t it? We saw the same thing with Joe Biden and Amos Hochstein. At a certain point you have to wonder who these guys really work for. It’s an age old question. Does the middleman ever really have our best interests in mind? And why is it that we can’t have negotiators that don’t have a financial interest in the outcome of what happens in Gaza?
To the extent that I have hope for the region it’s in the flotilla activists who refuse to give up on the people of Gaza and who are literally putting their bodies on the line in a confrontation with the Israeli Navy.
Admittedly I don’t really see a point to trying to build a maritime corridor into Palestine other than to highlight the overall weakness of said blockade.
I think they’ll be a moment in the not too distant future where the Israeli state makes another systemic screw up which raises a larger question of their overall regime competence. You can, if you squint, see it in the response to October 7th which relied almost entirely on massive aerial bombardment.
Alas, we’re still waiting for the Berlin Wall moment in Israel but I don’t think it’ll be long now. In fact were Americans to withdraw their support for the Israelis I think it would happen almost instantaneously.

Mossad is an entirely different matter but Yossi Cohen’s view of treating Gaza not as a place for the Shin Bet or IDF to monitor but as a place for the Mossad to make inroads more or less concedes that Gaza ought to be an independent country along with
You could imagine a number of people buying commercially available drones and flying them into Gaza with payloads of humanitarian goods.
If traffickers can use drones to fly drugs into American prisons you can imagine someone using drones to fly humanitarian supplies into Gaza.
I laughed a bit today when I read the Wall Street Journal, especially when it made mention of Laura Loomer.
Loomer is a friend of mine — I like her and we go way back — but she’s wrong to work with Israeli-born Yaacov Apelbaum who is currently suing another friend of mine, Arthur Bloom, over whether or not he’s a spy.
By any objective measure Apelbaum works with Israeli military intelligence, or the IDF, and he was a key part of running the operation against Hunter Biden.
One of Apelbaum’s business partners is none other than Mati Kochavi, who is an Israeli-American billionaire linked to military technology.
Anyway, here’s the WSJ story:
[Loomer’s] work has often been funded by conservative donors who supported right-wing positions on Israel or critical views of Islam. She has worked for years with an Israeli-American cyber intelligence analyst, Yaacov Apelbaum, who was involved with analyzing and distributing content from Hunter Biden’s laptop before the 2020 election.
Apelbaum has provided Loomer with research for her recent attacks, according to a person with direct knowledge of the work, including against national security officials the two deemed to be Muslim sympathizers.
In an interview with the Journal, Apelbaum said Loomer has been unfairly tarred as a far-right firebrand. “She doesn’t hate Muslims, she’s terrified of Muslims,” he said.
Loomer acknowledged their collaboration but declined to elaborate. “We both run in the same circles,” she said.
And what pray tell are those circles?
Bloom has rather conclusively shown in court proceedings that Apelbaum is, if not an Israeli spy, then certainly an agent of Israeli military intelligence.
Bloom would be well within his rights to begin suing the funders of that network under civil RICO. The obvious target would be Robert Shillman, who rather intriguingly backed Tommy Robinson, Ezra Levant and Friends of the IDF.
Bob Shillman has funded both Loomer and, I’m told, Yaakov Apelbaum.
Shillman has also reportedly funded Kyle Seraphin, a fake FBI whistleblower, who Matt Tyrmand was working with to take down Project Veritas. Tyrmand is quite close to the pro-Likud Law and Justice party of Poland. Shillman was also listed as a mentor and confidant to none other Tyrmand.
You could see how it would have happened. Shillman, close to Netanyahu, was likely running Seraphin and Tyrmand after Project Veritas got embroiled with Ashley Biden’s pilfered diary.
Shillman’s name may well be familiar — he backed Tommy Robinson in the United Kingdom and reportedly withdrew a donation to Turning Point USA after the late Charlie Kirk hosted Tucker Carlson.
The use of depositions has high value for propaganda purposes and we are seeing a lot of these lawsuits filed as the Netanyahu and his regime become international pariahs.
As that government finally collapses we’re going to have to address the double agents and traitors in our own society that propped up that government. Many of these people are American citizens and while it may be easier to pretend that the problem is just Netanyahu, the truth is far more disturbing.
We have a problem with certain American citizens — largely evangelical and some Jewish — who see their role as being a pro-Israel mouthpieces within our society. That must stop. These fifth columnists are actively working to target Americans and particularly the children of our military and intelligence services. Like their long efforts to integrate explosives into the beepers of Hezbollah, so, too, are our Israeli friends trying to shape the future leadership corps of the United States.
One of the more fascinating things about a lot of the hasbara is how Israeli assets and agents deny that they are spies but they needn’t be card carrying members of Mossad or the IDF to serve the same ideological objective.
In the Biden presidency there was a concerted strategy of targeting Biden’s two remaining children while the Trump kids are put on the Likudnik payroll.
Bloom puts it thusly:
We have now established in the public record that the man who provided the key authentication of the Hunter Biden files is a former Israeli intelligence officer. If the Plaintiffs against me would like to argue to a Virginia jury that it is defamatory to call an IDF intelligence officer of seven years—far longer than the required term of conscription—an Israeli spy, I welcome a trial.
I don’t think Bloom will end up having to go to trial.
My view of the blow up of Project Veritas is the scapegoating of James O’Keefe over the Ashley Biden affair.
In the Truth Inside Veritas documentary, O’Keefe avoids talking about how Tyrmand is a likely Israeli asset, but he does blame him for orchestrating the coup, and persuasively demonstrates he was the one collecting dirt on him, grievances from the other board members and so forth. There’s also an implied bribe, with former board member George Skakel also investing in several of the medical companies Tyrmand was raising capital for. So O’Keefe let the Israelis take Project Veritas away from him. That’s the story.
The polite fiction is that O’Keefe was removed for exposing Big Pharma. The real story is he was scapegoated over a second attack on a Biden family member—Ashley Biden.
It can’t be a coincidence that both Hal Lambert, who is suing me in Texas, and Yaakov Apelbaum used the same Virginia-based attorney.
But we are tracking their activities, documenting their crimes, and working with law enforcement to hold them accountable.

It’s pretty obvious from this deposition that Matt Tyrmand was James O’Keefe’s Israeli handler. Here he is admitting to securities fraud and attacking as an unregistered foreign agent. I love that he calls his consulting firm “Matthew Tyrmand LLC.” Isn’t it obvious that all his pharmaceutical companies are fake?
