The Anti-Elon Portfolio. What Replaces Fake Self Driving Cars and Weak Satellites? Solar-Powered Cars and Planes...
A few thoughts about the future
Welcome new readers!
We recently experienced a surge in new readers for this publication, Thoughts and Adventures. It seems as if most readers have been brought here by my piece on Lex Fridman and his fraud.
In that piece I go into some detail about how Fridman was complicit in Elon Musk’s self-driving fraud.
We’ve been on this topic a lot. The problems with Elon Musk and his fake tech companies.
But now we should ask a deeper question. What or who replaces Elon?
I recently agreed to help raise $75M for a next generation drone company called Skydweller.Aero. I agreed to a deal with an investment bank which I’ll be happy to discuss more soon.
The idea behind Skydweller is simple enough: It’s a solar-powered reconnaissance plane.
Here’s a local news broadcast about their move to Mississippi.
You can listen to its CEO Robert Miller discussing the history of the company, its technology and its potential.
Even Fox News seems happy about it.
Imagine an aircraft that can stay airborne for weeks, even months, without refueling. This isn't futuristic fantasy.
Skydweller Aero is working toward turning this vision into reality with its innovative solar-powered plane.
As the world's largest unmanned solar-powered aircraft, Skydweller is pushing the boundaries of what's possible in aviation.
Skydweller.Aero is a continuation of my interests in solar mobility, like Aptera which continues to move along happily.
I suspect when I have a liquidity event I’ll put money into LAND, the electric motorcycle company.
So why am I telling you?
Well, interestingly I’ve gotten some of my best friends, associates, and even business partners from my public writings.
If this interests you, please write to me. Please be an accredited investor. I’ll be happy to send along the deck.
I also know that there are number of intelligence professionals and foreigners who enjoy this publication. Do please get in touch. Let’s have a serious conversation.
