Red Herrings and the Conservative Media
Chanel Rion deserves her FBI inquiry -- and Hunter Biden can clean the conservative media up

The Moonies have been swept from Japan, thanks in no small part to Uncle Sam. We’ve been over that here at length. No need to repeat ourselves. Search that archive dear reader! (Or click below.)
Might the Moonies deserve a similar fate here in the United States? One wonders….
Do you work for a cult? Or a front?
It’s something I have encouraged friends of mine to ask themselves, especially those who work in the compromised bits of “conservative” media. It’s worth asking about other businesses too. Front dynamics work differently from businesses and having worked for a few over the years, sometimes wittingly, sometimes unwittingly, I can attest that it’s oftentimes quite challenging to know for certain without actually seeing the books.
(One should always ask the questions one asks others. If I work for a cult, I am the cult leader having been more or less self-employed since 2012.)
One of the ways I test these cult questions is to ask my friends what it is they can’t say at work.
There’s been something that the conservative media has learned. You can’t talk against Netanyahu. This photo is perhaps a big part of why. Pictured seated in the foreground is none other than Benjamin Netanyahu. From left to right is Breitbart founders Andrew Breitbart and Larry Solov. Seated is PowerLine blog founder Scott Johnson, whose daughter Eliana Johnson works for the Fusion GPS dossier funder Paul Singer’s Washington Free Beacon. In the far right is Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit.
Perhaps then the willingness of Alex Jones to criticize Benjamin Netanyahu. “I’m not a toilet you shit on,” Jones said.
Too little, too late. Jones was, more or less, given a website store by the Israelis. Think it through: You could provide Jones with all of the money he needed by simply ordering “supplements.”
We’ve discussed Alex Jones at length too.
What do you do when many of the alternative media outlets are controlled by foreign powers?
You start to notice the connections. That is, if you pay close attention, and there’s lots of money hoping you never will.
This news brings us, of course, to Charles and Robert Herring who purportedly were told to create One America News by none other than AT & T, which was itself partly owned by the aforementioned Israeli spy Paul Singer. The Herrings work with their father, Charles.
There’s a relevant discussion about Herring in the Tory publication, Reuters. Note the Russian immigrant wife half his age which is, of course, not at all suspicious and weird.
Like his favorite president [Trump], Herring runs a lean family business with his sons, Charles and Robert Jr. He too lives with his third wife, a Russian immigrant, in an 11,000-square-foot Southern California mansion perched on two manicured acres with sprawling views.
Despite his wealth, Herring shares demographic traits with many Trump base voters. He came of age in 1950s America. He lives in San Diego County, a region with a strong military presence and a close-to-the-border perspective on immigration. His views on China are shaped by decades of competing against Asian factories with cheap labor and lax regulation.
Though a conservative since the 1970s, Herring has on occasion donated to Democrats, including $4,600 to Hillary Clinton in 2007. Citing free-speech principles, Herring gave $15,000 to help rescue a 2004 university talk by leftwing filmmaker Michael Moore after the public college withdrew funding. Under oath, Herring said he once voted for Barack Obama for president. Still, the vast majority of his family’s nearly $500,000 in contributions has flowed to Republicans, and on OAN, liberals and Democrats are routinely lampooned.
Herring shares some of Trump’s flair for show business. Like Trump, Herring has invested in Las Vegas hotel projects and promoted fights with boxing’s Don King. Herring trademarked the phrases “Political Plots Revealed” and “Edge of Danger” for OAN program titles.
It’s well worth looking at how Russian OAN’s content is, especially when you factor in how the Herrings have hired convicted mobsters throughout the years. The Herrings themselves are seemingly a bit more Russian Jewish and Chinese than Israeli. They are certainly Korean but the cultish bits of Korea.
Here’s a photo of OAN founder Robert Herring with one of the leaders of the Unification Church on property owned by the Bronfman family.
You remember that the Bronfman family are Russian-Jewish bootleggers whose daughters are currently in prison for their assocation with the NXIVM sex trafficking cult. I’ve written about my own dalliances with that cult here.
The recent news that OAN correspondent Chanel Rion was being investigated by the FBI is welcome indeed and altogether glorious now that Rion was herself confessing it.
Rion tagged on Rudy Giuliani’s fact free finding tour of Ukraine and she repeated the Russian disinformation to her viewers. Even the Israeli-compromised Atlantic had to ask: How did OAN get the Biden Ukraine tapes?
What you’re seeing now is all the conservative media talk about Hunter Biden. That’s likely a fatal error, perhaps literally given how many of these talking heads were added to a Ukrainian Russian disinformation list.
There’s enough here to wipe out quite a number of these conservative media properties. Perhaps the threat to wipe them out is enough to get them to behave?
Of course what happened first with the conservative media needs to happen now to the tech funds, who are the real originator of fronts big and small.
