Musk Frontman (and Clearview.AI Board Member) Hal Lambert Arrested in Texas for DUI...
Was any work done to test Lambert's veracity? Or did DLA Piper just do Musk's bidding?
Call it the Charles Johnson curse, or, if you will, the karma that comes from being the frontman for the man who has killed hundreds with his fake self-driving car.
The typical drunk driver has done it more than 80 times before they are caught and as I have said before I don’t think I’ve ever seen Lambert not drunk.
During the course of the trial with Hal Lambert this summer I mentioned repeatedly that he had an issue with alcohol.
I brought up Lambert’s drunkenness during the trial earlier this year. Now I was found guilty right away because I refused to participate in the over broad
In fact, the very night he accused me and Gator Greenwill of shaking him down he was so drunk that I had to give him a ride home.
There’s a lot of hilarious tweets from Lambert that I pretty revealing.
The more interesting question is whether or not DLA Piper actually did any due diligence on Lambert’s claims before they agreed to represent him.
Thompson brought the case over from Quinn Emanuel and now is working it DLA Piper.
That’s an ethics issue. We already know that DLA Piper has ethics issues and that if often acts as the front for Musk.
Here’s my theory of what went down:
Will Thompson, an attorney at Musk’s personal law firm, Quinn Emanuel, jumped over to work at DLA Piper, which works as Tesla’s law firm.
Musk directs Tesla and those interlocking board of directors suggest that there isn’t really an independent board.
Lambert was directed to Will Thompson by allies of Musk. I know Lambert knows them because he parties with Musk’s friends.
Anyway this case originated because Elon Musk and his associates are punishing me for being a code-named informant who reportedly accurately to the FBI that Musk was planning to retain Igor Kurganov, a poker player backed by the Chinese mob, to dole out his charity.
Tesla remains a DLA Piper client and DLA Piper has recently written up a report about the use of resources for electric vehicles.
It is reasonable to assume that DLA Piper acts as an agent of foreign players. DLA Piper was accused of that most recently in a case involving Chinese government seizing drones.
I objected to that overbroad discovery requests which led to this default judgment. It’s since come out that DLA Piper makes extensive use of AI — AI which comes from its Chinese partners.
When I looked at retaining Tor Ekeland as an attorney on this matter I was advised that Ekeland could not take the case because there was a conflict with Clearview.AI, which confirmed that Clearview and Lambert were working together to steal my assets. Clearview’s technology was developed in China and several of its top executives have been Chinese nationals.
It is reasonable to conclude that my data would not be secure, especially as Lambert and others are facing massive privacy violations.
My family retained DLA Piper to help us with a property manner. Lambert does not have the funds sufficient to pursue this case. Interestingly, Thompson has targeted my larger family’s assets. This again raises the ethics question.
DLA Piper has had a number of Chinese-affiliated clients. Unlike other firms, DLA Piper has continued to employ Chinese workers.

Projection is a thing. Cries for help all the way down. Someone saved Hal's life--and no telling who else's. Temporarily, of course. Maybe very in his case. Flipping is also a thing, after all.
how does he do it... deal with chuck at your peril!
