Was I used to set up Ghislaine Maxwell?

I’ve received word from friends in the Trump White House that they want my opinion on what should be done with Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman whom I have never met notwithstanding the claims of the FBI which said I had met her at a holiday party.

President Donald Trump should pardon Ghislaine Maxwell immediately, force Steve Bannon to release the hours of footage and call for an immediate inquiry into the circumstances involving the jailing and killing of Jeffrey Epstein.

I don’t know how fake evidence was included in my FBI file to get me to be a source alleging that Ghislaine Maxwell was a criminal but I emphatically state now that if I was a source for helping to apprehend Ghislaine it was a grave error on the part of the FBI.

Indeed I have spoken with her on the phone about the fake photo at the center of the campaign against her but we have never met.

Let me be very clear: I believe that Ghislaine Maxwell was scapegoated in an effort by elements within the FBI and the DOJ to “stop the next Jeffrey Epstein” from coming to power.

I met with two special agents of the FBI on July 1, 2020 to talk about Jeffrey Epstein. On July 2, 2020 Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested in New Hampshire.

So I’ve been tucking into the transcripts between Ghislaine Maxwell and Todd Blanche that have been newly released. It’s rather amazing the level of detail and I say this as someone who has followed the Epstein and Ghislaine matter with extreme attention to detail.

I was particularly struck by Ghislaine Maxwell invoking Ron Eppinger, who allegedly trafficked fake Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre.

The transcript more or less confirms that our friend D.C. was right about Ron Eppinger and the tie in to both the Israeli and Mormon networks.

What I found particularly interesting was Ghislaine Maxwell mentioning this fake photo which I am the first person to publicly criticize — going all the way back to 2013.

In fact the photo was so fake that it occasioned a number of paid Russian trolls harassing me online, including Americans.

I found it rather amusing to see Ghislaine go off on this fake photo.

What’s a bigger word than bullshit?

In other words, it didn’t happen.

Ghislaine points out that the reason the fake photo was created.

I would very much look forward to showing you the relationship between these three parties that created that story.

TODD BLANCHE: Why? Well, without -- putting aside the relationship, why do you think they created that story?

GHISLAINE MAXWELL: I believe that story was created for the purposes of -- well, there are multiple. The first one is financial, the second one is for the purposes of the CVRA case. The third one was for the serialization, both of her book and in the papers, for the story to attack the Royal Family.

She points to Sharon Churcher as a likely culprit. I had my own dealings with Churcher in 2016 and she manufactured things about me! She was working for the very pro-Bibi National Enquirer, which would often hack and leak material targeting people like Jeff Bezos.

The details with attorney Bradley Edwards are also particularly jarring. It seems that the FBI took him on as a confidential human source without really considering that he might have been an accomplice of his business partner Scott Rothstein.

Incredibly Rothstein, who was one of Bibi’s guys, was accused of creating fake evidence in the Epstein case.

She very plausibly says that the reason she broke up with Ted Waitt — the billionaire founder of Gateway — was because Edwards tried to shake him down for $10m.

My favorite detail? Her going on about Rothstein.

I also have some documents where Rothstein -- his original scheme, Rothstein Adler, was to place prostitutes. He had a bar, a dance bar where he had girls. And I believe he would use them and put them as fake secretaries in people's offices, and then she might touch him or he might touch her or something, and boom, he got $25,000 for that.

Sounds sleazy.

But my favorite part? Rothstein’s co-conspirator Michael Szafranski served time in federal prison. He is now a member of Surfside’s planning and zoning board…. and the head of Florida acquisitions for the Kushner Companies.
