Ethnic Cleansing, George Floyd Gentrification, and Jared Kushner's Opportunity Zone Riots: An International Tale
Just what's going on here?
Among the few accomplishments of the Trump presidency was the passing of the opportunity zones. And it’s easy to see why it would have been interesting to President Kushner — he and his brother Josh stood to benefit massively from its passage.
Now why did it pass? Supposedly billionaire Peter Thiel bet billionaire Sean Parker a cool million as to whether or not he could get this done and Senator Tim Scott, who Parker backed, delivered. You can read about it in this Forbes article, “An Unlikely Group Of Billionaires And Politicians Has Created The Most Unbelievable Tax Break Ever.”
Here’s how Forbes described it in 2018:
For venture firms, which tend to make many small, risky bets with the hope that a few will be blockbusters, backing O-zone startups can carry unbelievable gains. Under the law, VCs can plow returns into opportunity funds, deferring taxes and setting the stage for a future tax-free windfall. "If Facebook could have chosen to locate itself in an Opportunity Zone, like the Tenderloin in San Francisco, the investors would've paid no capital gains on their equity," says Parker, who presumably would have been one of the big winners. The promise of mega-returns could send VCs, investment banks and private equity firms scrambling to launch their own opportunity funds to create incubators, scour second cities for overlooked talent or move portfolio companies into O-zones. "It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of Silicon Valley VCs started to tell founders, 'We'd like you to go over the bridge to Oakland, or we'd like you to go to Stockton,'" Parker says.
The Trump Administration has come and gone and may be back again but the opportunity zone benefits haven’t yet gone away.
I’m currently in the market for lab space and one of our would be lab directors is based in the Minneapolis-area so I had him poke around where the riots took place in 2020. After all, it seems unlikely that George Floyd would be killed again. Sainted though he may well be a second coming seems not in the offing.
So I watched with some interest the recent film, The Fall Of Minneapolis, and I must say that I found the film’s claims plausible on their face. My own experience with coroners suggests that they oftentimes don’t know what they are talking about and/or are compromised by mob or foreign interests and it certainly seems the case that Mark Baden, the celebrity coroner, fits that description.
There are these weird ties between Derek Chauvin and George Floyd and apparently they knew one another at a club that burned down right after the moments in question. Curious stuff.
When you consider the players that benefited it seems like the Defend the Police storyline was part of the plan for 2024 should America have experienced a high crime rate. The Trump 2024 campaign was hoping to rerun the Rudy Giuliani campaign — only Joe Biden’s policies actually massively lowered crime.
So since that op burned I see an Israeli control file about what really happened with respect to George Floyd and the arrest technique in question and now that’s being trotted out to help Trump keep his law enforcement backing. Will it work? I don’t know.
Another friend of mine has pointed out that the opportunity zones in the Minneapolis-area line up nearly perfectly with the civil disturbances from 2020 and indeed a gadfly former government official has suggested as much.
Sure enough a black gang — the Gangster Disciples — a fentanyl trafficking gang — was decimated shortly after the riots. Its founder Larry Hoover has been in federal prison since the 1990s.
Was this covering things up after the riots? I wonder.
If you look closely you’ll notice that many of the areas hit were actually Hispanic or white. Curious indeed. You almost wonder if maybe, just maybe, these Hispanic and white areas were targeted in order to make it more advantageous for large real estate developers, like say, Josh and Jared Kushner, to come in and buy up the assets at a distressed price.
Among the things never fully probed from the Trump Years was Trump’s secret relationship with the Black Mob as evinced by his close relationship with Don King. Just what was that whole Platinum Plan all about?
If I had to guess I think Trump will reach out to the Black Mob to cover his growing expenses.
Trump’s pal Bibi — and his son-in-law Jared Kushner — are too busy plotting what to do with all that Gaza “waterfront property [which] could be very valuable.”
Ethnic cleansing, riots — it’s all just another real estate deal.
Did clearview ai help id all those gd's that were arrested?
