A Future For The English-Speaking Peoples
Focal points regarding AUKUS futurism, planning and growth:
An Anglo friend of mine sent me this assessment of AUKUS and I have edited it a bit and added to it. With apologies to Churchill’s A History of The English-Speaking Peoples, I thought we might consider how we are once again standing together to confront a new world order.
The space race is mostly the satellite race — at least for the forseeable future. There’s even indication that America is totally dominant in space.
Anglo-America is shifting from its historical sea and air power to space power—which is the first global form of technological supremacy, no longer limited even by the range of aircraft carriers or missiles. This development signifies the end of the numbers game and the start of the leverage game for itself, as the most important occupational replacement will not be that of white-collar workers with LLMs, but that of military personnel with drones and surveillance systems.
The current subordination of HUMINT-based agencies by SIGINT needs to continue to avoid crises such as the Jan 6th attack which has revealed the degree to which so many US security agencies, as well as the top brass of the DoD (as seen with Christopher Miller), are either deeply incompetent or treasonous or both. To the extent any military and law enforcement agency is salvagable it's to the degree it can integrate and reorient itself around the SIGINT network (NSA/GCHQ). This change must include the previous generation of counter-intel (FBI, MI5). Those that don't make this transition will continue to effectively act as a private service to foreign and foreign-compromised oligarchs as they become increasingly irrelevant and approach retirement.
Novel ways of recruitment using genomic sequencing, facial recognition, and big data in general, must be used to maintain and grow the competitive edge in SIGINT. The same process can be done with OSINT, which is really a leveraging of the Internet and our tendency to leave things behind about ourselves. Only one piece of information from SIGINT is needed to identify a natsec target, and the rest of the network and activities can be identified largely by OSINT due to the public availability of information—"investigators" utilizing information that isn't open-source via hacking, etc. is likely cyberwarfare à la the Israeli NSO Group. My strong suspicion is that we are already in a world which blends hacked data and OSINT.
Non-specialized workers within military and law enforcement should be gradually replaced with drones, surveillance tech, and other robotics, without lowering any productivity. In fact, the general productivity of these agencies should increase after they gets techified and automated, to the point that it would be irresponsible to use humans instead due to the relative error rates. The excess labor can be reallocated to manufacturing of the tech which replaced or deplaced them.
The growing dominance of the SIGINT network will face resistance from legacy intel networks (especially compromised FBI/CIA/MI6). We can also expect resistance from the cartel-compromised networks in the DHS and DEA, as well as state-level law enforcement in general, especially in the growing mob centers of Florida and Texas, as they have no place in that world. For them, this is not merely a matter of finding another career or having a lower salary, but of their bosses losing political power, be they elected officials or oligarchs or both. These centers might even prefer to become low-intensity warzones rather than submit to the federal government, much as has already happened on the other side of their borders in Mexico.
These challenges will be an adequate test for the new officers in building and operating tech infrastructure which has minimal exposure to organized crime and foreign-owned energy resources. In regard to the former, another way satellite infrastructure can be leveraged is as a vehicle for anti-money laundering and post-cash tech (this also functions as a hedge against cryptocurrency, which is primarily money laundering tech). Namely, this is being done via the synergistic efforts of CBDC, which is an official post-cash US currency, and the diffusion of satellite-dependent payment cards. This combination would also be a disintermediation of the banking and financial system in general, as it has shown to be deeply compromised and systematically exposed to money laundering.
Ohter critical figures can be identified which stand in the way of the SIGINT transition and disrupting these networks—some even within the satellite industry, such as Elon Musk. This treason is especially notable, as the degree of exposure that American satellite systems have should be a primary natsec concern. It was reported some intel officers worry that Elon Musk is "untouchable." This kind of thinking is alarmist and unhelpful, if not suspicious, as his only significant leverage, as with all of these oligarchs, is that of board control regarding companies in relevant tech sectors—in his case it's over SpaceX and Starlink. Without said board control, such figures become mostly irrelevant. Expect considerable investigation into these board members and their activities. I’m told that such efforts have already begun.
Many such contractors in critical infrastructure of satellites, drones, and big data can be addressed in a way which can be thought of as techified corporate takeovers. These kinds of SIGINT/OSINT-based operations which precisely identify and tactically neutralize threats are the new deterrence mechanism for not playing by the rules. The price you pay will be to have all your tech and data taken away from you and to get cut out of the tech system—permanently!— so you can't do more damage or retaliate. You’ll see some of this take place in the activist investing space.
SIGINT can also be used to stop future electoral manipulation via "avatars," botnets, and chatbots, as seen with the Israeli Team Jorge and Russian operations like those described in the Vulkan files. Especially of concern are the most compromised social media companies Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Twitter, as well as the PRC-controlled TikTok app, though YouTube staff are also vulnerable targets.
nother kind of social media manipulation is notable: that of media companies such as the Daily Wire, which have close connections to foreign governments and funding, being artificially boosted both by Facebook's and Twitter's algorithm, and seemingly by YT as well. These threats can also be addressed via aforementioned methods.
